I have just submitted my application. What can I expect?
Once you have submitted your application we will endeavor to review within 3 working days with our feedback. If you successfully make it to a first round interview we will send you a link to choose an interview time that works for you.
How long is the interview process?
This depends on the role and the number of applicants we have, however most interview processes are 3-4 stages long.
What is the interview process like with Advanced Navigation?
You will have an initial phone screen with our Talent Acquisition Lead. If this is successful you will chat with the line manager over a Google Meet call. Should you progress to the next round you will then be given the opportunity to meet some of the other managers / team members either face to face or over a video call.
Am I expected to interview face to face or remotely?
You will be given the option to do either.
If I am unsuccessful, would I be considered for other roles in the business?
Yes, if you are unsuccessful we will keep your details on file for other opportunities that we have in the business, however we also encourage you to keep your eyes peeled for new roles on our careers pages.
