What information does Advanced Navigation need to troubleshoot my issue?

To best assist you, in most cases we will need;
- A description of the application (i.e: Is there a vehicle used?, vehicle type?, speed?, altitude?).
- A raw .ANPP log file from the device being used in your application with a duration of at least 5 minutes. We need to view the data within an .ANPP log file to complete a full analysis. This log file is best captured using our Spatial Manager software.
- A configuration log file. This can be generated using the Spatial Manager software. Select "Configuration Export" which is under the "Configuration" menu.
- Photos showing how the system has been setup for your application. This includes where the device and antenna/s have been mounted.
